Tour with a local who knows her stuff!

I had a fun time on this tour and we had some paranormal activity! Tricia grew up in Charleston and seems to have been collecting real life ghost stories since she was a child. She has collected some pretty cool pictures which she'll show you and they're evidence of what she talks about on the tour. I would recommend taking this tour over the ghost tours run by big companies - it's so easy to make up ghost stories and who knows what you're getting with those large companies who are only interesting in making money.
