My journey into Charleston’s past didn't start with a guidebook; it started on the very streets we’ll walk together. I grew up learning the art of storytelling from the city's original "Olde Towne" legends, long before I ever held a license.

• A Lifetime License: I am a Tour Guide Emeritus, holding a prestigious Lifetime Certification from the City of Charleston. It’s an honor saved for those of us with over 25 years of dedicated service—and I’ve been at this for 38.

• Passing the Torch: Back in 1990, I became the #1 understudy to the legendary Charleston historian, Anna Taylor Blythe. When Anna retired, she didn't just sell a business; she entrusted me with the legacy of The Original Ghostwalk. I carry that history with me every night.

• 38 Years on the Cobblestones: I don't need a GPS, a microphone, or a script. Whether I’m sharing the chilling details of a 19th-century haunting or giving you the secret to my signature she-crab soup, you’re getting the "real scoop" from a local who lives and breathes this culture.
